Important Notice

The Magna Group Practice are proposing in the future to move the existing afternoon service from Thrybergh Medical Centre to our Valley Health Centre, Dalton Branch

This would change the opening times of Thrybergh Medical Centre to:

8am - 1pm Monday – Friday

Monday & Wednesday Evenings 6.30 – 8.00pm – Magna Group Practice- Highthorn Road Surgery, Kilnhurst

Saturday  8.00am – 12.00pm – Magna Group Practice – Valley Health Centre

You can now attend routine GP Monday and Wednesday evening at Highthorn Road Surgery, Kilnhurst, also Saturday morning appointments at Magna Group Practice, Valley Health Centre. Regardless of which Rotherham GP surgery you are registered with, these are pre-booked appointments.

Evening appointments are 6.30pm - 8.00pm

Saturday morning appointments are 8.00am – 12.00pm

New dedicated repeat prescription order line

As from 13th September 2018, we will have a dedicated repeat prescription order line.

Order Prescriptions Online

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

You can request repeat medication on line. To do this you need to register with the practice and obtain a password to enable you to access this service. Once your registration account is created you will need to come into the surgery with your passport or driving licence so that your account can be activated you will be able to use the system to request repeat medication as required. Please complete an application form available from reception.

The Highthorn Road surgery covers the areas of Kilnhurst and Swinton.

The Valley Health Centre  and Thrybergh Medical Centre covers the areas of Thrybergh, Dalton, East Dene, East Herringthorpe and Eastwood.

The Wath Surgery covers the areas of Wath, Brampton and parts of Swinton, Wombwell. Hoyland and Harlington.
