Notice accessing GP services for young people (13 to 16 years of age)
Normally a patient under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult when seeing a doctor or collecting medicines.
However under certain circumstances i.e. Sexual Health matters including contraception.
Drug or Alcohol problem, or feeling depressed.
13 to 16 year olds can be seen by their GP without parental knowledge.
